Mr. Erhan AKGÜL, who has been serving as a Board Member of our Company since June 12, 2025, as the natural person representative of OYAK Denizcilik ve Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., was born in 1974. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Turkish Military Academy in 1995, and obtained master's degrees from the National Defence University of Pakistan in 2019 and from the Turkish National Defence University – Command and Staff College in 2020.
Over the past 10 years, Mr. AKGÜL held several key positions, including Head of the Iraq Desk at the Turkish General Staff Operations Directorate between 2016 and 2019, Head of Operations at an Army Command between 2020 and 2021, Commander of a Commando Brigade between 2021 and 2023, and Commander of a Central Infantry Brigade between 2023 and 2024.
